Sometimes a doctor or nurse may ask you to provide a sample to help check your health.
If you are asked to bring in a sample, such as a urine or stool (poo) sample, please hand it to the care navigator team at Fairfields Practice. The sample must be returned in the container provided by the practice and clearly labelled with your full name and date of birth.
Please note that we are only able to accept samples at the following times:
- Monday to Thursday: before 2pm
- Friday: before 12pm
Samples brought in after these times cannot be accepted.
