Better By Bike
Better by Bike project is for anyone in Nottingham aged 18 or over who is experiencing stress, anxiety or depression that is affecting their day-to-day wellbeing. Click here for more information.
Dr White’s running/walking group
Dr White leads a Tuesday evening running / walking group for patients, if you are interested please talk to reception.
Nottingham Recovery Network (drugs & alcohol)
Provides a single point of free support, advice and treatment to people who use alcohol and drugs in a problematic way across Nottingham City. Click here for more information.
Parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs / walks around the world. They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in. Forest Rec is the local Parkrun. Members of the practice team attend the Forest Rec Parkrun, meet us at 8.45am Saturdays by the Pavillion.
