If your practice has requested you have a blood test and you are 12 years old and over, please follow the instructions below:
To book your appointment please call the appointment line on 0115 822 6022.
The phone line is open 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday (not open on bank holidays).
Please do not leave a voice message as the mailbox is not monitored.
The blood test will take place at GP+, Nottingham City GP Alliance Hub (full details on how to find us are below).
When attending your appointment please:
- Bring with you the blood form given to you by your practice.
- Arrive in plenty of time for your appointment.
- Make sure you are well hydrated and have drunk plenty of water.

Blood tests are done at Nottingham City GP Alliance Hub.
This is on the first floor through the entrance on Angel Row. You can find the Angel Row entrance opposite the old library building. Our door is next to the cash point at Tesco Express. Do not use the entrance on Parliament Street, as this is for patients attending Parliament Street Medical Centre, not GP+
Use the buzzer to the right of the door. Reception will open the door remotely for you. Head up to the first floor (by stairs or lift) and report to reception.
